What's Different about Dr. Schaefer?

1.  She listens.  She knows no matter how long she studies, you are the one experiencing the symptoms.

2.  She's been injured and recovered; she's been in chronic pain and recovered; she's had neurological problems and recovered; she's living well with an autoimmune disease...in other words, she knows what it's like to be a patient and have to rebuild your health.

3.  She comes from a family of teachers and loves to explain and educate everyone about their bodies and what's going on in them.

4. She is trained in science and believes in cause and effect.  This means your body is not just doing this to make you miserable or crazy.  If we can find the cause, and remove it, it is amazing what your body can do to heal itself.

5.  She believes that your body was designed to be healthy and happy.  We'll do whatever we can to help restore it to health.

6.  She is always searching for answers.  Although some of the techniques we use may not be familiar to you, they are based in years of study and research.

What's Different about the clinic?

1.  We're located in a cozy little ranch house in a small town -- it doesn't feel like a stuffy doctor's office!

2.  Almost all of our patients come to us by referral from other doctors or from other patients.

3.  We're two doors down from a great gluten-free bakery: The White Rabbit.
